Established in 2019, Sprout Developments draws on a wealth of experience gathered over the years. With the move to Cornwall of Owner/Designer Martin and his Co-Owner and wife Lainie, a new chapter in house building began. Now focusing on developing individual luxury homes and beautifully designed homes on small developments, often designed by Martin and his team.
The outcome of this move is a highly successful team who bring all their knowledge of loving life in Cornwall into their stunning developments. From the signature curves to the exact positioning of each window and door to make the most of every view. With a luxury finish as standard, the Cornish influence of beautifully practical pieces of design, enhance the homes for those who truly want to enjoy everything Cornwall has to offer.
