Complete Design And Build In St Kew

The Project

The client brief was a low cost, efficient modern home with plenty of light and space and the odd little creative sparkle that makes a home individual.  It was essential that the home fitted in with the surrounding area which is primarily cottages and converted barns.

The Results

Martin designed and built Posset house in 2018.  Working with the client Martin designed a superb home which is easy to live in and has bags of character.  From the outside the house could have been there for years thanks to it's clever design and landscaping.
